Why does the OFF ( — ) button not close the valves?

The controller does not force the valves closed.

When the controller is off, the valves return to normal and the car regains control.

This is for safety as forcing the valve closed could potentially cause damage if the car requires the valve to be open, but it is forced closed under high load.

The controller has two modes:

1. ON - valves stay fully open all the time in all modes
2. OFF - valves return to normal and open and close as they normally would
