Does it have a memory function?

The controllers do not have a memory function or remember the last state.

When the car is powered off, the valves also lose power, so the controllers also return to OFF by default. You will need to press the ON button upon each time the car is powered on with either starting the car, turning on the ignition on or unlocking the doors (for some cars).
