Can I make changes to my order?

You can edit your order within 2 hours of placing your order, by:

1. Entering email address here
2. Clicking the "View your order" button in your order confirmation email

Options available include:

• Change shipping address
• Upgrade shipping method
• Add / remove / replace product
• Change contact information

We are unable to make modifications to your order outside of this window once the processing begins.

If the processing has already begun or your order has been dispatched, you will have the option to initiate a return upon receiving it. Our return policy allows for items to be returned within 14 days of delivery. However please note that the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer and there will be restocking fees. For additional details, please see our Refund Policy page.
