Can I return or exchange an item?

We have a 7 day refund policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. However you must cover the cost of return delivery and there will also be a restocking fee.

We do not offer exchanges, so the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
