Why do I need this?

Your car does not fully open the exhaust valves. Although your car does have a "loud mode" either race, track or some other variation that opens the exhaust valves, in reality it does not actually fully open the valves and even closes at certain RPMs, throttle positions, gears and speeds. The 11MODE Exhaust Controller gives you full control to open your exhaust up to 11.
