My kit arrived damaged, what should I do?

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your kit arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.


To submit a damage claim, please message us with:

  • Clear photos of the outer packaging
  • Clear photos of the kit
  • Close-up photos of any damage
  • Photo of the shipping label

Please do not install the product as kits that have been installed, used, or modified are not eligible for damage claims.


If the damage incident is confirmed, we will provide a repair, replacement, or resolution.
