Tracking says delivered but I did not receive it
Once a package arrives in the destination country, delivery is handled by the local postal service who is responsible for the final delivery. So in order to resolve this, please contact your local postal service directly for further assistance, as they will need to investigate the issue.
If they determine that the package is lost, please lodge a formal investigation with them. They will provide you with a case number. Once you have the case number, please share it with us so that we can escalate the issue with Australia Post and launch an investigation from our end.
