How do I cancel my order?

Upon placing your order, there is a limited window of time before we commence processing. Should you wish to cancel your order, we recommend reaching out to us immediately.

If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to accommodate your request.

If the processing has already begun and your order has been dispatched you will have the option to initiate a return upon receiving it. Our return policy allows for items to be returned within 7 days of delivery. However please note that the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer and there will be restocking fees. For additional details, please see our Refund Policy page.
