How do I cancel my order?
You can edit or cancel your order within 2 hours of placing your order, by:
- Entering email address here
- Clicking the "View your order" button in your order confirmation email
Requests outside this window may not be able to be accommodated.
If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to accommodate your request.
If the processing has already begun or your order has been dispatched, you will have the option to initiate a return upon receiving it or refusing the delivery. Our change of mind return policy allows for items to be returned within 14 days of delivery. However please note that the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer and there will be a restocking fee of up to 30%.
